Non-Surfboard orders:
Order Amount: $0.00 - $99.99

• $10.00 for Standard Shipping, or $15 for Express Shipping

Order Amount: $100.00 + 

• Free Standard Shipping, or $10 for Express Shipping (excl. Travel Board Bags)

Surfboard orders:

Collection from Surf3181 is also available.

Surf 3181 maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been received and cleared.

Once your order has been sent, you will have to return the items in order to receive a refund (please note our 'Terms & Conditions’). The return shipping cost will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, and changing the delivery address or payment method.  All items are sent from our store in Prahran, VIC. We will endeavour to ship your items out within three (3) business days after your order has been placed.The expected normal delivery times from your item/s, once they have left our warehouse, are:

• 3-4 business day to the Melbourne Metro Area; and
• 5-10 business days to the rest of Australia (dependent upon region).

You can have your item/s delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should be included as Delivery Address when placing your order. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.If you have any questions contact us.
